The Metamora economic development council shall:

A. Identify parcels in and near the village which may be suitable for commercial, industrial or residential development;

B. Solicit potential developers and/or business enterprises offering goods, services or employment which would benefit the residents of the village to locate within the village;

C. Assist prospective business enterprises or developers in overcoming regulatory and other obstacles to location within the village. (Ord. 1993-8 § 1 (part), 1993)
