The planning commission shall have the following powers and duties:

A. To exercise the authority conferred upon the planning commission by Article 11, Division 12 of the Illinois Municipal Code;

B. To exercise jurisdiction over the approval of subdivision plats and to perform such other duties as may be assigned pursuant to the subdivision ordinance for the village of Metamora;

C. To exercise such powers and duties as are assigned to the planning commission by the zoning ordinance of the village of Metamora;

D. To exercise such other powers and duties as may from time to time be assigned to the planning commission by the village board. (Ord. 1995-9 § 1 (part), 1995)
