Failure to attend three consecutive regular meetings without excuse by the chairman of the planning commission or failure to attend six consecutive regular meetings for any region shall cause a vacancy in such membership. The chairman of the planning commission shall notify the president in writing whenever such vacancy by absence shall occur. (Ord. 1995-9 § 1 (part), 1995)
