2.34.020 Regular meetings--Records.

Regular meetings of the planning commission shall be held once each month at a time, date and place to be specified by the planning commission. Notice of meetings shall be given in the manner provided by law. Special meetings of the planning commission may be called by the chairman or by any two members of the commission. All meetings shall be open to the public. The concurring vote of four members of the planning commission shall be necessary on any matter on which it is authorized to vote. The commission shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote or failure to vote of each member upon every question and shall keep records of its official actions. Records of the planning commission shall be open to inspection by the public. (Ord. 1995-9 § 1 (part), 1995)
