A. The yeas and nays shall be taken upon the passage of every ordinance, and shall be entered on the record.

B. No ordinance shall be repealed or passed, or contract or appropriation of money made, unless by a vote of two-thirds of the members elected. (Prior code Ch. I, Rules 31, 32)
