A seal in circular form with the words "Village of Metamora, Woodford Co., Ill.," surrounding the words "Corporate Seal" shall be, and the same is declared and established to be the seal of the village, and shall be used as such seal in all cases where by law or ordinance it is necessary to use a seal of the village.
