The ordinances of the Village of Metamora, Illinois, of a general and permanent nature as revised and codified in the following titles, namely Titles 1 to 17, inclusive, are hereby ordained as general ordinances of the village of Metamora, Illinois, as authorized by the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/1-2-3 and are adopted as, and shall constitute “The Code of the Village of Metamora, Illinois, 2003.” (Ord. 2004-4 § 2 (part), 2004)
